Please note: My training style is intense and is not suitable for all individuals, especially those who are pregnant or with medical conditions who do not have clearance from a doctor. E.g: Diabetes, Crohn's disease, Thyroid problems, Back/joint problems, Blood disorders, Heart or Lung disease or ANY other medical condition where it has been recommended you do not perform strenuous exercise.

 

Although I would love to coach everyone, due to my duty of care for my clients being a priority, I won’t be able to take you on as a client due to the complexity, and the specialized care you would need is outside of my scope of practice.
